More than a purity number
A purity figure alone can't tell you what else is in a vial. That's why every lot we release goes through six independent checks, from HPLC purity and mass-spec identity to contaminant screens and fill-weight verification. Each result is published on the lot's certificate of analysis, so you know exactly what you're working with before you start.

Our testing protocol
Accredited third-party laboratories test every lot we release. Here is what each check confirms before a vial is listed.
Reversed-phase HPLC separates the peptide from synthesis by-products and reports its share of the total. Results are published in our purity reports.
The measured molecular mass is compared with the expected sequence, confirming the vial holds the compound on the label.
Each lot is screened for bacterial endotoxin with the LAL assay and tested for heavy metals, so contaminants a purity test can't see are caught.
An accredited laboratory confirms that the lot shows no microbial growth before it is released.
Fill weight and concentration are checked against the label, so the amount stated is the amount supplied.
Every vial is inspected for cake quality, seal integrity and labelling accuracy before it ships.

Every lot documented
Lyophilized, lot-labelled vials with a published certificate of analysis for every lot. Supplied for laboratory and analytical research only.
Short chains of amino acids made for scientific study. We supply them for in-vitro and laboratory research only; they are not medicines and are not for human or veterinary use.
Most compounds come as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial. A few are also available as ready-to-use 30 ml solutions or in capsule form.
Every lot goes through six checks at accredited third-party laboratories: HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, endotoxin and heavy-metal screening, sterility, content quantification and a physical inspection.

Several compounds pre-measured into one vial for studies that look at them together. Each blend is verified to the same standard as a single peptide.
Keep sealed vials dry and away from light; many labs store them at −20 °C long term and 2–8 °C short term. Follow your institution's protocols once a vial is opened.
